Delta has provided the aviation industry with certification, design and manufacturing services for nearly 15 years. These services have been in support of projects ranging from small single engine aircraft to aircraft such as the Boeing 747-400 and 777. 

One of Delta Engineering's (Delta) strongest points has been its close working relationship with various FAA offices.  This has proven very beneficial in the certification process and has enabled us stay a tuned with current FAA policy.  Delta has obtained over 500 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Supplemental Type Certificates (STC's), and our experience and abilities continue to grow.  Delta has obtained or has helped other companies obtain FAA certification for aircraft modifications and parts manufacturing. 

Further, Delta has become a Designated Alteration Station with many other qualifications.  Delta has obtained FAA STC for Digital Autopilot, Electronic Flight Instrumentation, EGPWS, Flight Data Acquisition, Comm/Nav suites, In-Flight Entertainment Systems along with many other systems. 

Delta has also provided the installation design and has manufactured the kits and parts for these aircraft modifications.  Delta can reduce risk on prototype projects, because of in house four (4) axis CNC milling machines, Mil-C qualified chemical conversion processes and other processes such as powder coating.
